What Estimoto does

AI dent detection, estimating and a CRM for PDR and collision shops

Estimoto is estimating software for paintless dent repair and collision shops. A technician photographs the damage on a mobile phone, AI detects the dents, the technician verifies the read, and the shop gets a carrier-priced estimate and the tools to run the job from first call to delivery.

AI PDR dent detection from a mobile app: A technician photographs each panel on an ordinary phone. Three vision models read the panel together and return a dent count and size distribution, which is what a paintless dent repair matrix prices from.
PDR and collision estimating: The same photographs produce a priced, carrier-aware estimate for hail or collision damage, with supporting operations such as R&I, teardown, scans and ADAS calibration recommended and every line editable.
Technician verification that trains the model: Technicians add, remove and resize AI-detected dents, then mark the panel verified. Those verified panels tune detection for your shop directly and improve Estimoto's shared vision model over time, and gold-standard panels held out of training are how its accuracy is graded, per technician and per vehicle colour.
Remote estimates: A shop sends a link by text or email, the customer photographs their own vehicle, and a reviewed estimate comes back without the car being driven in.
Estibot, the estimating assistant: Estibot is the in-app assistant technicians ask while writing an estimate. It knows the shop's own history with each insurance carrier, what was rejected and why, and coaches the technician toward estimates that get approved.

Most detection tools take your corrections and give nothing back you can point at. Estimoto shows you what your technicians taught it, measures them by name, and lets you take the data with you.

Detection tuned to your shop, not just to the crowd: Every correction your technicians make fits a calibration used only for your shop: a confidence floor and size-class shifts learned from your verified panels, re-fitted after every verification and applied to your very next panel. The same panels also improve Estimoto's shared model, with a cap on how much any one shop contributes, so your corrections work for you first and for everyone second.
Accuracy per technician: Precision, recall, F1, dent-count error and size accuracy for the panels each technician verified, next to the shop total. Owners and managers see everyone; a technician sees their own row. It is the number you coach with, and precision and recall are never collapsed into one.
Accuracy per vehicle colour and paint finish: See how detection does on your black metallics against your solid whites. Colour and finish are recorded on the job, and the Learning page slices every metric by both, so you know where the model is strong and where a second look pays.
Your labels are yours to take: An owner or manager can export every per-dent label the shop owns as CSV: the original image, the AI's read, the technician's verdict, the size correction, who verified it and the vehicle. The dataset your shop builds is not locked inside Estimoto.
